Distance runners from as far as Kenya, Mexico and Columbia will converge in Tobago on May 18 and 19 for the fourth annual Tobago International Sea to Sea Marathon.

Akeem Stewart broke the national shot put record at the Falcon Games, in Tobago, on Saturday. Unchallenged for the men’s shot put title, Stewart was able to focus on bettering his best, and he did just that, throwing the iron ball 20.12 metres.
